The Process

Clean Monkey follow a very simple process to work around your style of communication and access:

1- Contact our team through email, text, WhatsApp or social media you could send us images and a description of your requirement but we need to see the site before we agree anything

2- Arrange your assessment meeting to agree a final plan and agree the payment terms

3- Once the work is complete, you will receive digital copies of media and documentation of work carried out to prove that you have been keeping up with maintenance of your equipment

It is as simple as that, so why not CONTACT US NOW

How do you record this?

What do you, as a customer of Clean Monkey, get as proof?

At Clean Monkey we understand that you need to prove the maintenance you carry out. So we have devised the following list of deliverables to make your life easier:

Firstly we take 'before and after' pictures to demonstrate the changes and provide an independent record that protects our clients in the event of any incident or enquiry

Secondly we upload these to online storage and send you access to allow you to download them from wherever you are and whenever you need

Finally we provide you with a physical certificate to shoe completion of work that allows you to keep your own records clear and up to date

Any Questions?

Setting up a plan

Running a business is already hard, make one thing easier

By making a servicing plan with Clean Monkey, you can cut your need to be going through the booking and agreement communications over and over

We can recommend a service plan based on your daily usage - tell your equipment use to one of our team and we can get them to schedule you in over the year and keep you on top of your cleanliness and safety regulations

Light Use would be considered as 2-5 Hours a day and would require one annual deep clean and a 6 month check up.

Moderate Use would fall between 5-10 Hours a day, for this we would suggest a deep clean once every 6 months. Some 'Grill houses' may need to increase this depending on the intensity of usage also. (2 deep cleans per year)

Heavy Use is considered for equipment that sees 10-15 Hours of use a day and would require a deep clean once every six months with a light clean (possibly deep) at the mid point between each scheduled deep clean (meaning 4 cleans per year - 2 deep cleans and 2 more at light or deep)
